The video froze up for me halfway through - some kind of connection malarkey, sometimes it gets finicky certain times of day; I'll have to try again later. But I just wanted to say I'm delighted to see a new post. I missed you last month. I hope you got done what needed doing and that we'll once again get to hear from you more often.

Also, today is Louis Riel day in Canada. I know you're interested in Native history - Riel was a Metis leader, and Metis was the creole Native-European (mostly Ojibwe & French around here) culture common through the upper Midwest & lower Canada.
